We are a team of healthcare professionals where caring for you
and your loved one is our number one priority.
Hospice is an approach to care, focusing on the care, comfort, and quality of a person's life with a serious terminal illness. Hospice care allows you and your family to stay together in the comfort of your home or an inpatient facility.
Hospice Services

Nursing Services
The mainstay of hospice care is the nurse. A registered nurse coordinates your care. Nursing staff will provide intermittent care based on your needs.

Social Services
Social services are provided by social workers. Social workers can help you in a number of ways in preparing you and your family, for instance in making financial arrangements and advance directives, in addition to counseling.

Hospice Aide Services
Hospice aides and homemaker services are available to meet personal care needs and for cleaning the patient’s area. A registered nurse prepares a care plan and the aides are supervised every two weeks by a registered nurse.

Therapy Services
Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are available as needed to provide supportive therapy and aid in management of terminal illness.

Pastoral & Bereavement
Services
Chaplains may provide supportive relationships and are helpful in the crisis of illness and dying for all those involved. Bereavement counseling helps prepare friends and family for the loss of a loved one.

Volunteer Services
The volunteer assists the patient and family in a variety of ways on an as-needed basis. All of our
volunteers have gone through special training in order to be patient-care volunteers.
