Hospice Nursing & Case Management
Care4you Senior Services offers non-denominational spiritual support and counseling upon the request of a patient, caregiver, or family member(s). We respect all forms of beliefs and do not make distinctions based on lifestyle, faith, or religion. Our spiritual counselors offer support to patients and their loved ones as they work through their feelings, beliefs, and concerns about dying.
Our Support - Our Team of Professionals
Hospice Aide
Our patients will also be looked after by hospice assistants in addition to hospice nurses. These team members provide as an extra set of eyes and ears, helping with everyday tasks including dressing and grooming, light housework, and meal preparation.
Spiritual Bereavement
& Grief Counseling

We respect all forms of beliefs and do not make distinctions based on lifestyle, faith, or religion. Social Worker & Support
Counseling
Social workers are tasked with getting to know each patient's family and their expectations for treatment and care. The social worker must also get to know the patient in order to represent them as best they can. In addition to offering guidance and assistance, the social worker is the best person to contact when patients and families need to be connected to beneficial programs and services like Meals on Wheels.
Homemakers
Our patients also have access to a homemaker, who will assist patients and family with household tasks like shopping, running errands, changing bed sheets, and doing laundry (that do not require climbing or lifting) in order to further demonstrate our dedication to individualized care.
Dietitians
Due to their terminal condition, some patients will experience weight loss, nausea, and loss of appetite. Our dietitians will work directly with patients and their families to enhance food, lessen motion sickness, and keep their bodies in comfort-promoting shape.
Volunteers
Care4You Senior Services works with volunteers who offer additional support to enable patients stay safely independent if they wish. This is in addition to our licensed staff of hospice care specialists. Volunteers also help caretakers by taking over their tasks so that they can take a break to rest or perform errands. Many times, patients and families come to rely on our volunteers as a friend and companion.
